Clean, comfortable, convenient location. Great place to stay on the bike - no gravel & park at the front door.

Positive: very clean and functional one bedroom, one bath,, tiny kitchen, internet +tv. I will stay here again.

We love staying here. We come up to NWA 7-8 times a year. We always stay in this condo. It's convenient, tidy, has everything you need, and charming. In an area full of hills, the at-grade parking and front door are a plus! We love the "no-stairs" access. The space is fully appointed with all the things you need for a one-night or a one-week stay. The hosts are fantastic and very responsive. The kitchen is fully stocked, and if you're there after we are, we leave our gulf-south- Louisiana spices in the cabinet. LOL.

This place has everything you need. The condo is spotless, well appointed, and perfectly sized. In a town where everything is on a hill, with stairs everywhere, it is really nice to have at-grade parking, and a front door with no steps! We love staying here multiple times each year.
